We do not manufacture jewelry ourselves; fulfillment and craftsmanship remain the responsibility of our partner jewelers.

• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use this site. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities under your login.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include standard continental‑US shipping.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order—e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, or supplier out‑of‑stock.
• Payment is captured at checkout through secure third‑party processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive for accuracy, yet slight variations (e.g., gemstone weight within FTC‑approved ranges) may occur. Availability is subject to partner jeweler inventory; items may sell out without notice.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and return terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and 30‑Day Returns Policy.

All jewelry is sold “as‑is.” BNYD expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Certain pieces may include partner jeweler warranties, noted on product pages.
