Bijoux-NYC Direct partners with third-generation jewelers in New York City’s Diamond District to provide authentic fine jewelry. We do not manufacture items ourselves; craftsmanship and fulfillment are handled by our trusted partners.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • All prices are listed in USD and include standard continental US shipping.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day free return window. All returns must be initiated by email and processed through our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspected.

8. Warranties & Limitations

Jewelry is provided without additional warranties beyond our 30-day return policy, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs. Some items may include third-party certifications (AGS, IGI, GIA for loose stones).

9. Limitation of Liability

Bijoux-NYC Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total purchase price of the order in question.
