Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. All diamonds follow the Kimberley Process and come from suppliers committed to ethical sourcing.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. All Bijoux NYC Direct orders ship with signature-required delivery for added security. Standard signature shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, with 2-day signature shipping and overnight signature shipping options available when offered at checkout. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Do you offer returns?
We accept returns within 30 days if items are in original condition. Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days.
Do you provide insurance for orders?
We do not automatically insure orders. Signature is required for purchases.
What metals do you offer?
We offer jewelry in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, sterling silver, and platinum. All pieces are hallmarked for authenticity.
Do you offer resizing services?
"Special Request only" Yes. Rings can be resized before shipment or afterward for a small fee.
Where are your pieces crafted?
All jewelry is finished and quality-checked in New York City’s Diamond District by third-generation jewelers.
