Bijoux-NYC Direct is an online-only premium diamond jewelry storefront serving retail customers and wholesale-ready buyers. Because our products include fine jewelry and high-value items, signature confirmation is required on every order.
This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, shipping methods, delivery areas, signature requirement, tracking, and delivery responsibilities.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders may require additional review before shipment for payment verification, address confirmation, high-value order protection, or wholesale-related order review.
Shipping Area
Bijoux-NYC Direct currently ships within the continental United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
All orders ship with signature confirmation required.

Bijoux-NYC Direct offers the following shipping options:

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
Signature Confirmation Required
All Bijoux-NYC Direct orders ship with signature confirmation required.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may provide instructions for pickup or redelivery.
Because signature confirmation is required on every order, carrier delivery records, tracking updates, and signature confirmation details may be used when reviewing shipment issues.
P.O. Boxes
Bijoux-NYC Direct can ship to P.O. Boxes only when USPS shipping is available.
Two-Day Shipping or Overnight Shipping may not be available for every P.O. Box address. If the selected shipping method cannot be completed to a P.O. Box, we may contact you for a physical delivery address before shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Please allow time for the carrier tracking page to update after the shipping label is created.
Retail and Wholesale Orders
Bijoux-NYC Direct supports both retail customer orders and wholesale-ready buyer orders.
Larger orders, higher-value orders, or wholesale-related orders may require additional review before shipment. If additional confirmation is needed, we may contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, payment verification, high-value order review, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears delayed, please use the tracking information first. You may also contact us for help reviewing the shipment status.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Bijoux-NYC Direct is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after processing has started.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, the local post office, or the carrier first.
Because signature confirmation is required on every order, delivery records and signature confirmation details may be used when reviewing shipment concerns.
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to sender by the carrier, the order will be reviewed once the package is received back.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
