1. Processing Times
- In‑stock jewelry: 1–2 business days for inspection & secure packaging.
- Rings (sizing / resizing): 1–4 business days ✧ bench work for a perfect fit.

3. Tracking & Notifications
A tracking link is emailed as soon as the label is created; scans typically appear within 12 hours.
4. Signature Requirement
Orders over $500 ship signature‑required for full insurance coverage.
5. PO Boxes & APO/FPO
PO Boxes ship via USPS only.
6. Packaging & Discreet Labelling
- External label shows Bijoux‑NYC Direct.
- Inside: gift‑ready jewelry box, polishing cloth, and care card.
7. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States (48 contiguous states) only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is on our roadmap—subscribe to our newsletter for launch updates.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to edit or cancel an order? Email support@bijouxnycdirect.com within 1 hour of purchase. After a label is created, we’re unable to reroute.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If tracking stalls for 7+ days or your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately—we’ll initiate a carrier trace or insurance claim.
