30-Day Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece from Bijoux-NYC Direct. If it isn’t perfect, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to send it back.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@bijouxnycdirect.com with your order # and reason.
  2. We’ll reply within 2 business day with an RMA # and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using any trackable service. You may request a signature upon delivery (no insurance is provided by us). Packages over $500 will automatically require a signature.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection. Funds post to your original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

4. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is included in our pricing, but expedited and overnight charges are non-refundable. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective.

5. Exchanges

Prefer a different size or style? Initiate a return, then place a new order—this ensures the fastest turnaround and availability.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we’ll provide a prepaid label or issue a full replacement/refund at no cost.
