💎 Are your diamonds certified?
Some pieces come pre-certified (IGI or AGS) and are labeled in the listing. Others may be certified upon request for a fee. Most of our jewelry is not certified to maintain accessible pricing, but all diamonds are inspected and ethically sourced.
✏️ Are diamond weights exact?
We follow FTC-compliant carat ranges. For example, 1/2 ct is listed as 0.45–0.55 cttw. Exact weights vary slightly by cut and setting.
🛡️ Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. All diamonds are ethically sourced through verified channels under the Kimberley Process. We do not support the trade of conflict diamonds.
💍 Can you resize rings or create custom pieces?
Yes. Most rings can be resized for a fee. We also accept custom jewelry requests based on sketches or photos. Contact us to discuss your idea.
🏷️ Are your products stamped?
Yes. All pieces are stamped with their correct metal grade and manufacturer logo—e.g., .925, 14K, etc.—ensuring material authenticity.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Non-ring items ship in 1–2 business days. Rings require 1–4 days for sizing. Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–7 days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
🚚 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is always free. We include the cost in your purchase price. All packages include tracking and signature confirmation on high-value orders.
📬 Can you ship to PO boxes?
Yes. Select USPS during checkout for PO box addresses. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes.
📨 Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can also contact us directly for updates.
🔁 What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days in original, unworn condition. Returns are processed in 3–5 business days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for excessive return behavior.
💸 Do you offer refunds or warranties?
We offer refunds within the 30-day window. We do not currently offer extended warranties outside this period.

We add 25–50 new SKUs per month to keep our collection fresh. Bookmark us or join our email list to stay updated.
