Our Diamond District partners are multi-generation goldsmiths, setters, engravers, and polishers who learned at the bench—not just from books. We combine classic hand-skills with modern precision—microscopes for micro-pavé, laser welders for tight repairs, and digital calipers for repeatable tolerances. For diamonds, you’ll see the familiar Four Cs along with grading from IGI or GIA where applicable. Where do orders ship from?
All jewelry ships from New York City’s Diamond District via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. See our Shipping.
How long does finishing take?
Non-ring pieces usually ship in 1–2 business days. Rings ship in 1–4 business days depending on size availability and light resizing.
What certifications are offered?
IGI and GIA are available on request for many SKUs. On eligible diamonds, you can add GIA’s supplemental AGS Ideal® light-performance report.
Return policy?
30 days in original condition; shipping charges are non-refundable. Full terms on Returns.
Custom & resizing?
Yes. Share a sketch or reference photo; we’ll confirm feasibility, timeline, and cost. Many rings can be resized—include your target size.
