Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
Bijoux-NYC Direct currently ships to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, which includes the lower 48 states plus Washington, D.C.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses.
All Bijoux-NYC Direct orders ship with signature confirmation required. Our available shipping options are:

- Two-Day Shipping with Signature
- Overnight Shipping with Signature
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Standard Shipping with Signature is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. Two-Day Shipping with Signature is estimated at 2 business days after processing. Overnight Shipping with Signature is estimated at 1 business day after processing.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Bijoux-NYC Direct is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, payment review, address issues, missed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.
P.O. Boxes may be accepted only when USPS shipping is available. If a selected shipping method cannot be completed to a P.O. Box, we may contact you for a physical delivery address before shipment.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss may pass to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 6 — Returns and Refunds
Bijoux-NYC Direct offers a 30-day return policy on eligible diamond, gold, and silver jewelry items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped and received. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and included documents, certificates, tags, boxes, pouches, or accessories when applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received, subject to inspection and approval. Additional time may be required for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund.
Certain items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These may include custom jewelry, engraved items, resized items, altered items, modified items, special-order items, final sale items, items damaged after delivery, items showing signs of wear or use, or items missing original packaging or included documents.
