BijouxNYC Direct is an online-only jewelry retailer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items under the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • No resizing, damage, or alteration
  • All original packaging required
  • All tags and documentation included
  • Item must be returned in the same condition received

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or special-order jewelry
  • Resized or altered pieces
  • Items showing wear or damage

Exchanges

BijouxNYC Direct does not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us before sending any return
  2. Include your order number
  3. Wait for return authorization
  4. Ship only after instructions are provided

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For defective or incorrect items, return instructions will be provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. BijouxNYC Direct is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after receipt
  • Cryptocurrency payments may be refunded using an alternate method if the original payment cannot be reversed
  • Refund amounts are based on the original purchase amount and do not reflect market fluctuations

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging
  • Keep all packing materials
